Position: Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
Developing Business Strategy:
/ Formulate short-term and long-term business plans aligned with the company’s direction.
/ Propose pricing, discount, and promotion policies suitable to the market and brand positioning.
Sales Team Management:
/ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the regional sales team (5–20 staff).
/ Set KPIs and monitor sales targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Customer & Distribution Development:
/ Seek and expand corporate client base (industrial parks, factories, logistics companies, etc.).
/ Collaborate with and support nationwide dealer and strategic partner networks.
Market Reporting & Analysis:
/ Monitor trends in the forklift industry, competitors, and customer needs.
/ Analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors.
Internal & Partner Coordination:
/ Coordinate with technical, logistics, and after-sales departments to ensure post-sale service quality.
Job Requirements
/ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
/ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in industrial equipment or B2B distribution.
/ Strong skills in strategic planning, team leadership, negotiation, and decision-making.
/ Knowledge of industrial markets, industrial zones, and manufacturing plants is an advantage.
/ Possessing a valid driver’s license is a plus.
/ Proficient in Chinese communication; able to coordinate effectively; responsible, detail-oriented, and honest.
