Job Responsibilities
Receptionist - Administrative Assistant (50%)
/ Politely and professionally welcome and guide visitors to the company.
/ Answer phone calls, record messages, and transfer to relevant departments.
/ Receive and distribute mail and parcels to departments; send outgoing mail as requested.
/ Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized office environment.
/ Manage office supplies, distribute based on requests, and monitor inventory levels.
/ Monitor and manage office assets; propose repairs or replacements when needed.
Other Tasks (50%)
/ Support and participate in brainstorming ideas and appearing in short videos.
/ Support and help manage social media platforms (content planning, posting).
/ Assist in organizing internal events (birthdays, holidays, conferences, etc.).
Job Requirements
/ College degree or higher; majors in Communications, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
/ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
/ Female candidates preferred, aged 24–30, with a pleasant and professional appearance.
/ Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) — mandatory.
/ Strong communication and coordination skills, quick responsiveness, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
