Position: Sales Staff

Job Responsibilities
/ Maintain and take care of existing customers; coordinate equipment repair and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

/ Execute sales plans, develop new customers, conduct on-site surveys, prepare quotations, sign contracts, and handle equipment handover.
/ Manage rental equipment in the assigned area; conduct regular inventory checks to ensure safety and asset integrity.
/ Collect market, customer, and competitor information; prepare and submit periodic reports to superiors.
/ Follow up on debt collection, control business expenses, and support profit improvement initiatives.
/ Handle arising issues and support the company’s brand image in the assigned area.


Job Requirements
/ College degree or higher; at least 1–2 years of experience in equipment or related service industry; good knowledge of the local area and customer base.
/ Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
/ Good communication and teamwork skills; responsible, careful, and honest.
/ Basic Chinese language skills are a plus.
