Position: Human Resources and Administrative Staff
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
Manage office supplies,company assets, office equipment, and tools.
Draft, store, and manage internal documents, announcements, and forms.
Coordinate and support internal events (birthdays, company meetings, teambuilding, etc.).
Manage front desk operations, phone calls, guest reception, and make bookings for meeting rooms, flights, and hotels.
Cooperate with departments to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Human Resources Tasks:
Recruitment: Post job ads, screen applications, arrange interviews, and onboard new hires.
Contracts & Personnel Files: Prepare, renew, and terminate contracts; maintain and update employee records.
Timekeeping & Payroll: Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime; support payroll processing and personal income tax declaration.
Insurance: Handle procedures for participation, adjustments, and termination of Social – Health – Unemployment Insurance.
Performance Evaluation: Assist in collecting evaluation forms and compiling results.
Other Tasks:
Submit periodic reports as required by management.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
College degree or higher, any major accepted.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Female candidates aged 24 – 30 are preferred.
Intermediate or above level of Chinese communication; fluency is not required.
Good communication,coordination, and problem-solving skills; careful, organized, and responsible at work.
